Wails Wales Whales is a poetic narrative about living with fibromyalgia, a chronic pain illness, interwoven with a journey tale based on the writer Laura Littleford’s six-week trip to find her great-great grandmother’s family farm in Wales. Through personal stories and creative strategies, it presents the heroic theme of overcoming adversity:
